The Worli Police on Monday produced the Sumer Dharmesh Merchant, 23, who crashed his car into a jogger at Worli Sea Face allegedly leading to her death. Sumer was placed under arrest by the Mumbai Police on Sunday and have conducted a medical test on him to understand if he was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident.
