Maharashtra minister and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Chandrakant Patil on Sunday said that the ink was thrown on him as part of a pre-planned attack, reported the PTI.
He claimed that his statement on social reformers Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar and Mahatma Phule was "distorted" by some people, as per the PTI.
