The fight happened after the man kept giving out spoilers of the film, as he disclosed the upcoming scenes to his friend. The friends seated nearby then had a physical altercation with the person.

As the video went viral, one netizen assumed the fight erupted at a theatre in Canada. However, another clarified, "Bsdk, Gurgaon hai ye, BC har cheez mein Bihar."
