For her second appearance at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival 2026, actor Alia Bhatt grabbed eyeballs with her sartorial fashion choice. After winning hearts in a peach-toned gown with a chiffon dupatta at the red carpet on day 1, Alia turned heads in a custom creation featuring a draped design by designer Tarun Tahiliani on day 2.

Alia stepped out at the French Riviera in a custom-draped ivory chanderi dhoti skirt, which was paired with a sculpted corset. The stunning ensemble stood out for its intricate detailing that seamlessly blended traditional Indian elements into a modern silhouette.

If just the outfit wasn't enough, Alia elevated her look with jewellery and adornments, including traditional payal, nath, bindi and hath phool, adding a cultural touch to her rooted appearance at the Cannes.

Alia took to Instagram to flaunt her Day 2 look with an adorable video of herself posing at a balcony in the French Riviera.

"Feeling unapologetically filmy for the inauguration of the Bharat Pavillion," she captioned the video. He look was also completed with a quirky yet elegant lace umbrella accessory, which added a playful element to her appearance.

On Day 2, Alia was seen attending the inauguration of Bharat Pavilion at Cannes, along with filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker. Her picture with director Ashutosh Gowariker from the festival also went viral.
