Producer Boney Kapoor recently celebrated his 70 on November 11. He marked the milestone with an intimate birthday party surrounded by his close family members. Pictures from the intimate gathering have been surfacing online, giving fans a glimpse into the grand Kapoor celebration. Anshula Kapoor, Boney's daughter, shared a series of candid moments from the evening with her father, alongside brothers Anil Kapoor and Sanjay Kapoor, and siblings Arjun and Janhvi. However, one picture has specifically caught the eye of the internet is where Shikar is seen holding Jahnvi close.
In the viral family picture, Shikhar is seen lovingly wrapping his arms around Janhvi from behind as they pose for the camera with the rest of the family. Their cute gesture has left fans gushing. Many lauded their undeniable chemistry.
For the celebrations, Janhvi wore a casual ensemble including a distressed denim, a white crop top, along with a lavender cardigan. Meanwhile, Shikhar looked sharp in a blue shirt, which he paired with crisp white trousers.
Their PDA has once convinced the fans that their relationship is steady and serious, as Janhvi's family has accepted their relationship.
It's been a while since the couple has reportedly been dating. Amid the rumours, they continue to appear together. Recently, their close bond was also evident during Anshula Kapoor's Gor Dhana ceremony in October 2025. In one of the photos, Shikhar was seen resting his hand on Janhvi's shoulder while she held onto his finger.
Notably, although Janhvi and Shikhar have never publicly confirmed their relationship, their appearances together and social media post have kept convinced the speculating fans. According to reports, Shikhar and Janhvi dated years ago before parting ways. Eventually, they made their way to each other, rekindling their relationship a few years back. Since then, they have been going pretty strong.
Earlier this year, Shikhar's family, including his mother and grandparents, were seen attending the premiere of Janhvi's Oscar-nominated film Homebound. At the premiere the actress was seen touching the feet of Shikhar's grandparents, including former Union Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde.
