After getting evicted from Alliance while saving Sohail Khan, actress Daisy Shah opened up about her journey on the reality show, her bond with Ruhee Dosani and Seema Sajdeh, and her honest opinion on Kushal Tandon's gameplay.
Reflecting on her decision to prioritize relationships over strategy, Daisy said she has no regrets. "Yes, we all know that it was a game show. But what do your relationships mean to you? They will also be tested at many places. I'm glad that I had to go through such a test situation and I listened to my heart, not my brain," she said.
The actress added that loyalty has always come before the game for her. "I place my loyalty, my relationships above everything because I actually make relationships with my heart. Come what may, I will never leave their hand. If I have to put myself under the bus, I will do that, but I won't put my loved ones in the spot."
Speaking about Kushal Tandon's journey, Daisy maintained that she remained neutral throughout the competition. "Somebody was fighting, somebody was playing politics, somebody was playing mind games, somebody was word playing. Everybody had their own way of playing this game. Was I there to judge anybody? No."
However, she admitted there was one instance where she confronted Kushal. "The only time that I wasn't okay with Kushal is the derogatory actions that he did. I told him, 'You got what you wanted. Drop it now.' I even said, 'You are getting nasty now. It's not required. We know that you are not a bad person at heart, but by doing this, you are becoming a very bad person.'"
Despite that disagreement, Daisy praised Kushal's overall game. "Out of everybody, Kushal has definitely had a graph. He has played every kind of role from villain to victim to hero. The journey is commendable." She also credited Vanshaj Singh's gameplay, saying, "I don't think Vanshaj can ever be Kushal's friend. But because he needed him in the game, he played the brother card with him."
Daisy also spoke fondly about her friendship with Ruhee Dosani. "I love, love, love her. Her energy is very positive. She's a very straight person. Our bonding was the weirdest factor ever happened in the show. We never thought we'd get so close in the first week. When our Alliance broke, we cried. Later, we wondered why we were even crying because we were just 20 steps away from each other."
Recalling one of her favourite alliances in the game, Daisy said, "It was me, Aly, Seema and Nikhil. We really had fun. Seema was the glue of the entire Alliance. Keeping all our differences apart, we aced every game. We even won that week, but because of three or four penalties, we finished second."
