Shreya Kalra breaks down recalling molestation by cousin at 13: 'He used to grab me'

This week on Lock Upp Sach Ya Sazaa, contestants were asked to reveal their deepest secrets, leading to several emotional confessions. Shreya Kalra, who has emerged as one of the strongest contestants, broke down as she revealed that she was molested by a cousin at the age of 13. She also shared how the truth could shatter her mother, especially since the family still attends the same cousin's wedding.

Shreya Kalra recalls being molested by a cousin

During the task, Akanksha Choudhary put Shreya at risk, following which she decided to reveal her secret. The actress shared that the truth could affect her family, as she was molested by one of her cousins when she was 13 years old.

Shreya revealed, "I was molested by one of my cousins. I was 13 years old. My family doesn't know about it; only Rishabh (Jaiswal) knows about it. I used to go to my nani's house, where we all slept in the hall, and at that time, I didn't even know what was happening. He used to grab me. I don't want people to sympathise with me when I go out. It's just that I don't want my mom to know because the guy who did it to me lost his mother, and my mom took care of him for almost three years."

She continued, "My real brother is getting married in November, and his previous engagement was broken because I am in this industry and some controversies happened. So, I didn't want this to come out. He is getting married now, and he has a chance to be happy. After everything that happened, I even attended that cousin's wedding with my family. I know my mom. She is not as strong as me, and when she sees this, she is going to break down."
