Diners can savour highlights such as Shami Kebabas, Murgh Malai Tikka, Slow Cooked Mutton Korma, Chicken Changezi, Gosht Dum Biryani, Paneer Shahi Korma, Subz Dum Biryani, and the festive sweet finale, Sheer Khurma, bringing together both non-vegetarian and vegetarian classics synonymous with the festival on the menu.

This Bakri Eid, Waarsa at NCPA by Chef Rahul Akerkar, Chef Mukhtar Qureshi and ABNAH presents a specially curated Eid al-Adha Thaali, celebrating the warmth of Awadhi mehman-nawaazi and the indulgence of festive feasting
The experience begins with traditional coolers like Kaanji and Aamjhora, followed by signature kebabs such as Gosht Ka Pasanda, Tawa Boti Roast and Shammi Kebab. The feast further unfolds with comforting classics including Bheja Masala, Kaleji Gurda, Bhindi Mutton Ka Salan, Khada Masala Ka Kheema and Kofti Biryani accompanied by traditional breads and accompaniments. Desserts such as Badam Sev Ka Halwa, Sheer Qurma and Kulfi complete the experience.
