Hailing from Mangaluru, Misquith, who is working in Bengaluru, has been going there regularly since January 2022, and swears by these dishes at Rameshwaram Cafe, which she often goes to on good and bad days, to brighten up her day

Ghee Podi Idli
Ghee Podi Idli is at the top on her list of dishes to try at Rameshwaram Cafe because the fluffy steamed idlis, ghee, dusted with some podi powder, and paired with chutney

Bisi Bele Bath
Another one of her favourites, Bisi Bele Bath has lentils, rice and sambar, that is a must try if you truly want to experience the goodness of South Indian food

Ghee Podi Masala Dosa
While the Ghee Podi Idli is a classic, she says the Ghee Podi Masala Dosa should also be on your list if you want to experiment with different kinds of dishes

Ragi Mudde
Ragi Mudde, she believes, elevates the millet that turns from boring to brilliant, as it is rolled into soft balls that you don’t bite but gently dip into curry and swallow whole

Paddu
Padu is another savoury delight, which she calls little golden bites of joy with crispy edges outside and soft, fluffy goodness inside
