Japanese-Peruvian flavours 
If you love exploring new flavours, chef Augusto Cabrera of Delhi's Japanese fine-dining restaurant Boya is bringing Nikkei cuisine-inspired food to Fenix at The Oberoi in Mumbai. Diners can explore the fusion of Japanese and Peruvian flavours.

Asian delight 
There is a new breakfast menu at Sozo Izakaya in Versova that features a range of sourdough toasts, melts, Japanese-s sandos, cookies, and cold-pressed beverages. 

The menu includes toasts such as the Avocado Aristocrat, The Pink Panther, The Tokyo Brunch Club, The Fungi Affair, The Popeye apart from the Junglee Chicken Samurai and the Shroom Boom.

Anniversary special 
Celebrating their first anniversary, chef Kruti Sanghvi of Pass the Salt in Fort has put together a limited-edition menu that helps you enjoy some of their favourite dishes. 

Diners can indulge in sandwiches such as The Picnic, The Anything, Frankly Hot! and Portbello & Patty Melt. They can also savour Chicago-style deep dish-inspired pizzas such as The Wild Shroom and The Firehouse but not without the The Coconut Panna Cotta and Froot Loops Tres Leches along with the Chocolate & Cherry Kiss, and last but not the least Affogato.

Matcha all over
Amid the ongoing matcha craze, Donmani in Worli has unveiled a new matcha menu that celebrates the quiet power of ritual, flavour, and nourishment. 

With the launch of the menu, they will also host intimate face yoga and tea ritual session with Amy Kim, She is a Korean-Taiwanese Canadian yoga teacher with over 7 years of experience in Mumbai, known for her calming Hatha flow sessions that blend traditional practice with modern nervous system care.

Mumbaikars can indulge in Mango Amai, Shiro Coco, Cinna Mori, Aozora Breeze, Ichigo Cloud, Ringo Cha and Shinju Pop variations of matcha flavours.

Toast to Mumbai 
Merlin’s 99 – The Whisky Lounge at The Orchid Hotel Mumbai has unveiled an all-new menu that not only features dishes but also drinks that are inspired by Mumbai. Diners can enjoy a Gulkand Margarita or Gunpowder Prawns to cocktails inspired by every corner of the city, this new curation is a true love letter to the city.
