The students alleged that screening his film, which deals with corruption and Maoism, at a business school, portrays a wrong view of nationalism.

Says Agnihotri, "After cancelling the screening thrice, finally a screening was planned yesterday, but at the last minute, they cancelled it yet again. We organised a screening on a bedsheet outside the venue, but the students went on a rampage and tried to break my car."
The film stars Anupam Kher, Arunoday Singh and Mahie Gill and Pallavi Joshi.
