While no reason has been given for the break-up, some claim that the duo, who had been dating for about four years, have parted ways on an amicable note. This news comes as a surprise as they had been spending special occasions with each other’s families. Interestingly, Tara, who accompanied Aadar for the Kapoor family’s traditional Christmas lunch in 2020 and 2021, didn’t join him last year. Tara and Aadar met at a party in 2018 and it was only in August 2019 that first reports of them being a couple emerged. A year later, on his birthday on August 5, she made the relationship official on social media. Now, they are said to be just good friends.

Due to the uncertainty at the box office, producer Sujoy Ghosh, who is making The Devotion of Suspect X for Netflix, contemplated selling the rights to the international streaming giant. Since they weren’t pleased with the financials, they went back to Zee5, despite having refused the Indian conglomerate’s offer earlier. Hmmm.

According to reports, producer Madhu Mantena is trying to crack a sequel to Aamir’s first R100-crore superhit, Ghajini (2008) with director AR Murugadoss. Already, talk in Telugu-land is that the perfectionist actor might be seen in KGF director Prashanth Neel’s new film, with Junior NTR. He is said to have spoken to his friends about an on-screen clash between his dream cast — Jr NTR and Aamir. Let’s see if he takes the plunge.
