The specially crafted menu by Chef Li pays a deep personal homage to his roots in Shandong, reflecting the flavors and rituals that shaped his childhood. Drawing inspiration from the traditional festivities he grew up with, including dim sum such as Jade Green, delicate spinach-infused green dumpling where fresh seasonal produce highlights balance, color, and natural, and Fragrant Meadow Chicken, a classic northern Chinese dumpling, combining minced chicken and fragrant chives with aromatic oils for a comforting, homestyle flavor. The symbolic Dry-Braised Pomfret in Savory Soy Glaze, signifies abundance, and the Baked Farmer Chicken Wrapped in Lotus Leaf, representing unity and prosperity, making it the perfect meal to share for family celebrations.

This Chinese New Year, The Dimsum Room turns One and welcomes the Year of the Horse, for dining experience set in the heart of Mumbai’s historic art district, Kala Ghoda.
Highlights include Mixed Mushroom Cheung Fung, the comforting Silken Tofu Xiao Long Bao, and Asparagus & Water Chestnut Tossed Wontons. It also has classic favourites such as Pork & Shrimp Siu Mai, Prawn Hargow, and Prawn Toast along with bites like Chicken Coriander & Celery Potstickers and Chicken & Chives Wontons.
The main course has Braised Pork Belly (Lou Rou Fan), Cantonese Roast Duck Plate, and Dan Dan Noodles and Mapo Tofu with Jasmine Rice. Inspired by 'The Year of the Horse', Foo has launched its 'Take the Reins' food menu for Chinese New Year celebrations this year that blend element's with the restaurant's Asian culinary style.
The menu opens with a festive sushi selection featuring the Golden Prosperity Roll, and Fat Choy Chicken Roll. The dim sum offering includes the Fortune Cottage Cheese Dumpling, and Harmony Prawn Dumpling. Small plates continue the celebration with dishes such as Abundance Baby Potatoes, Fragrant Festival Chicken, and Celebration Asian Seabass. The menu also features Three Treasure Prawns.
