Rajkummar Rao: Anil sir and I get along like a house on fire

Apart from Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Rajkummar Rao's favourite is his other Fanney Khan co-star, Anil Kapoor. He finds the senior actor to be full of life and generous. The camaraderie they share apparently inspired the makers to increase their screen time.

Rajkummar says, "We share a beautiful bond in the film. A lot of my scenes are with him. He gives me space to perform. We discuss scenes and make them better. I love how he still kills it at work. Off screen, Anil sir and I get along like a house on fire." No wonder Kapoor yesterday visited him in hospital where Rajkummar is recuperating after a leg injury on the set of Lip Sing Battle. Anil posted a snapshot from the visit, which has him goofing around with buddy Farah Khan.
