Yesteryear actress Helen is at her fittest best at the age of 85. She is happily jumping and climbing flights of stairs without any support. In a recent video shared by fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala, Helen is seen performing several physical activities that may seem difficult for people her age. The actress credited Yasmin as the reason behind her impressive fitness.
On Thursday, Yasmin Karachiwala took to Instagram to share a video montage of Helen training at her fitness center. "At 85, Helen Khan is doing things most wouldn't even try! From climbing stairs without a cane, trampoline jumps, and dancing to 'Monica Oh My Darling' - she's just unstoppable. Living proof that Pilates keeps you young," she captioned the post.
The video shows a happy and enthusiastic Helen showcasing her fitness routine. She begins by jumping on a trampoline and performing some stretches. She also sits and stands effortlessly without straining her knees or back. Helen climbs stairs with ease and without external support. She is also seen doing Pilates under the guidance of her coach.

The Piya Tu Ab Toh Aaja dancer revealed that the fitness expert had tried to convince her to try Pilates every day, but she would always postpone it for "tomorrow."
"I know you got so tired of telling me that I felt guilty, and the next day, I rang you up. I will never skip Pilates classes again," admitted Helen.
Back then, Helen shared that she was using a walking cane due to a knee problem. "Oh, the first time you came, my walking cane was kept in the cupboard somewhere. I had a knee problem. I had to take injections for my knee. But now, I'm going to walk on my own - and maybe, I'm going to dance," said an effervescent Helen.
