The icons from Stray Kids, like Bang Chan, Han, Felix, Seungmin, Hyunjin, I.N, Lee Know, and Changbin, all went to the 2024 Met Gala in New York City. It was a big deal like no other because they were the first K-pop group ever invited!

The theme of the Gala was all about 'Reawakening Fashion.' However, the happy moment for the group was marred by racist paparazzi present at the event.

Netizens praised how good they looked at the event, but some videos also surfaced where people claimed the Met Gala paparazzi made racist comments to the group while asking them to pose.

A fan posted a video where some paparazzi were chatting. One of them remarked, "I've never seen so many unemotional faces before." Another chimed in, calling them "robots." They chuckled about it. Then, when the Stray Kids guys removed their coats to show their outfits, a paparazzo joked, "Oh, now we have to redo it?" Someone else said, "Now, let's do it with feelings. Everybody jump." The paparazzi could be heard laughing.
