During his time in the house, he grabbed attention for his equation with Kushal Tandon, whose remarks grabbed attention. Zaid also believes his game changed after Gauahar Khan's video call and her unwavering support outside.

Zaid Darbar admitted that he was disappointed after falling just short of reaching the semi-finals. He revealed that he had been preparing intensely. "I am a little sad because my preparation was going on. But I don't say it's unfair because a game is a game. It is a system. They can do anything," he said.

Recalling Gauahar Khan's video call during his journey, Zaid admitted that it was an emotional moment and had a significant impact on him. He said hearing from a loved one after being away for so long naturally changes a person's mindset. "So, of course, the game changed because I understood what she was trying to say. But I didn't want her to say something like that because I knew what I was doing inside," he shared.

Speaking about Gauahar's unwavering support on social media while he was inside the house, Zaid said, "I was literally not ready for what you did outside. I didn't know there was an Alliance going on outside with a new show, Gauahar. But yeah, supporting somebody like this shows how protective you are about that person. So, I'm glad that I'm married to her."

On his equation with Kushal Tandon

During the show, Zaid Darbar's equation with Kushal Tandon grabbed attention. There were even times when Kushal's comments on Zaid grabbed attention and were misunderstood.

Explaining why he continued to bond with Kushal, Zaid said, "I've seen relationships closely, so I understand them very well. I know what happens when they break and when they come together. I've always valued relationships in my life. And do you think Gauahar Khan is a normal personality? No, right? Everyone likes her because she's so strong in her words and everything. So I'm with Gauahar Khan. If I can calm her down and we both can understand each other, then even he was also like family to me."
