Awadhi flavours 
This Ramadan, Waarsa unveils a thoughtfully curated seasonal menu, paying homage to the grace of Awadhi mehman-nawazi. The menu unfolds with sigdi-roasted beginnings, from the nuanced warmth of Rampoori Paneer Tikka and Achari Sakrakand Tikka to signature non-vegetarian kebabs that command attention the dramatic Mandi Kebab, Soundha Murgh Tikka and Atish-E-Jhinga. The experience is anchored by slow-cooked Awadhi classics, offering soulful depth through dishes such as Kathal Ki Nihari, Mutton Haleem, Paya Ki Nihari and Tabrezi Murgh Ka Salan, thoughtfully paired with traditional Bakharkani

Flavours of Ramadan
This Ramadan, Jyran - Tandoor Dining and Lounge at Sofitel Mumbai BKC presents Jashn-e-Iftar, its specially curated Ramadan Food Festival by Masterchef Waris Qureshi. The menu showcases soulful Ramadan flavours with highlights such as the refreshing Mohabbat Ka Sharbat, the comforting Nizami Haleem, and the indulgent Raan-E-Jyran Biryani, slow-cooked with aromatic potli masala and fragrant basmati rice. Each dish is made using slow cooking methods and hand-pounded spices, staying true to the traditions of festive iftar dining. 

Extending the experience beyond the restaurant, the Meal Boxes, available in Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian options, are available on advance order.

Slow-cooked delicacies 
BarQat at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar unveils Ramadan Dastarkhawn-e-Haleem, a month-long homage to slow-cooked tradition and the sacred ritual of breaking bread together with a delicious menu. 

From the smoky richness of Deccani Ghost Ka Haleem to the regal subtlety of Murgh Nizami Haleem, from the coastal opulence of Samundri Khazaana Haleem to vegetarian delicacies such as Hyderabadi Kathal Ka Haleem and Kamal Jhad Ka Haleem, each preparation honours heritage while celebrating abundance.

Beyond haleem, the experience unfolds with dum-cooked signatures including Hyderabadi Kacche Ghost Ki Biryani and Kashmiri Gucchi Jaitoon Biryani, culminating in indulgent Ramadan desserts such as Double Ka Meetha and Seb-Badam Ka Halwa.

Delectable delicacies
The Ramadan Menu at Comorin celebrates slow-cooked flavours and time-honoured recipes. Guests can begin with the nourishing Hyderabadi Mutton Marag served with baked naan, followed by indulgent bites such as the crisp Keema Lukhmi paired with dates and green chilli chutney. Hearty mains include aromatic Karahi Gosht with khameeri roti, Khichdi with keema and masala egg, and fragrant Afghan Chicken Palaw served with burani raita  dishes designed to offer warmth, richness, and balance after a day of fasting. 

To end the feast on a sweet note, the menu features traditional Ramadan desserts such as Khubani Ka Meetha with fresh malai and the indulgent Sheer khurma with dates toffee, bringing a sense of nostalgia and celebration to the table.
