All Things Nice (ATN) is hosting Bombay Cocktail Week where Asia's most celebrated bars from five different countries will perform guest shifts, conversations, and networking. Each visiting bar will collaborate with one host bar to present two guest shifts over two evenings at the same venue. Head to Akina for Hope & Sesame from Guangzhou; Punchline for Alice (Seoul); Bare for Yakoboku (Japan); Bar Find for Reka (Kuala Lumpur) and SOHO House for 28 HongKong Street (Singapore).
Bastien Ciocca
Nikhil Agarwal has many things to celebrate, including All Things Nice completing 16 years. "I began with one goal, to make India's wine and spirits culture world class. The Cocktail Week aims to place Mumbai's cocktail scene alongside global destinations such as Singapore. We'll get there soon."
For Bastien Ciocca of Guangzhou's Hope & Sesame, the best thing about a bar takeover is the spark of the unfamiliar. "Guests get to taste flavours from a different city and culture without leaving their seat," he says. Try their signature Winter Melon High - a Cantonese winter melon soup and chrysanthemum tea.
The Great Corn Olio from Reka
Jeet Rana, co-founder of Punchline that will host Alice from Seoul, says, "The real exchange happens behind the bar. When two teams work together, you're exchanging techniques, service styles, and ways of thinking."

Joel Poon of Reka Bar, Kuala Lumpur, loves the sense of community. "A bar takeover gives you the chance to step outside your own four walls, share what you've built, learn from others and create something together. Cocktail week just amplifies that energy," he says.
TIME 8 pm onwards
COST Rs 1000 to Rs 1500 (per cocktail)
