The Bandra Terminus-Amritsar Express Train on Sunday uncoupled twice, officials said, adding that no injuries were reported in the incident.

They said that the train number 12925 experienced two brief incidents of uncoupling on Sunday but continued its journey safely with no harm to passengers or impact on overall rail operations.

According to sources, the first incident took place between Vangaon and Dahanu Road stations around 1:19 pm. The coaches were quickly reconnected, and the train resumed its journey at 1:46 pm after a brief halt.

A second uncoupling occurred at Sanjan Station at approximately 2:10 pm. The railway staff were immediately on site to manage the situation.

Officials said that the issue was being resolved and that the train would depart soon after.

Railway officials stated that no passengers were affected and no other train services were impacted.
