Ask Avinash Dagar, who has recently launched a venture and embarked on his entrepreneurial journey. He is already famous all over social media for his hilarious and relatable videos.
 
Recently, the content creator inaugurated his own food and beverage outlet called Dr's Cafe in Delhi. This cafe is an adorable place with an aesthetic, welcoming, and Instagrammable ambiance. Its menu includes mouth-smacking food items ranging from pasta to burgers and fries made using exotic ingredients. They have already amassed fans for their delicious coffee and refreshing shakes.
 
While Dr's Cafe is becoming a darling of the mob, don't you want to know what exactly inspired Avinash Dagar to start it? Here's what he said: "It was my father's dream to start a restaurant chain. In 2019, when everything was in order and we were just about to launch, he got very ill and passed away. We wanted to achieve his dream by all means and this fire was scorching in us."
 
Avinash Dagar burned his hands multiple times before starting this cafe. He wanted to provide the customer with premium quality food. But whenever he started a business, some or other thing brought it to a close. Adding further, he says, "After a plethora of research, we finally went on a product trial in colleges, and it turned out to be a huge hit. This is when we realised that the ball has now entered our court and we opened our first outlet on our parents' anniversary."
 
Speaking about what motivated him to enter this sector only, Avinash Dagar says, " Apart from the dream, we also had a selfish reason why we chose this sector. We always loved good food, which motivated us to start a cafe. Thus, we opened a food chain so that we could eat whenever we wanted."
