India actress shared the recipe of her taste and delicious besan Chilla. Vidya shared the recipe of the dish in the caption of her latest Instagram post. It went like this: "First, take two tablespoons of besan and add grated carrots, zucchini, and spinach (any veggies you have), along with some chopped onions, tomatoes, and coriander leaves. Chia seed powder and Alsi powder should also go in the mix, along with one and a half tablespoons of Grated tofu. After that, add some spices such as turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, and Jeera powder according to taste. Mix all this in water to form the batter. Once the batter is ready, put it on the tawa with a teaspoon of oil and cook it till golden brown. Add some salt to this, cover it with a lid, and let it cook for some time. In case the dish dries out too much, add a tablespoon of water to it. He recently talked up about losing 12 kilos in one month. When discussing his fitness journey, the actor said that he didn't rely on crazy fad diets or shortcuts, but rather went back to the basics. Karan's weight loss regime In a conversation with The Times of India, Karan discussed his weight loss and wellness regimen. The actor revealed that he abandoned trendy diets in favour of age-old methods. "I simply went back to the basics, I ate ghee, something that's been part of my life since childhood, and I practised fasting," he further quipped. Karan stressed that he does not believe in crash diets or imported food plans because they do not suit the Indian body type. "Our genetics and lifestyle differ significantly from Western or Mediterranean cultures. "I went back to my roots, and it worked for me," he explained. Weight loss did more than simply improve his physical health; it also changed his perspective. "It alters your entire existence, your energy, your attitude, and even how you perceive life. At the end of the day, nothing lasts forever—not fame, money, or success. What really matters is health." He went on to say that this realisation made him more conscious of his own health, as well as the health of those who rely on him.  “As I grow older, so does my sense of responsibility. My parents are ageing, and one day I’ll have a family of my own. She wasn’t looking for a crash diet or a quick fix. She wanted something sustainable, holistic — and something that made her feel strong.” Every aspect of her meal plan was calculated and deliberate, down to the oil used in cooking and a tiny sprinkle of Parmesan. And yeah, pancakes were involved. "Her mornings always started with her non-negotiable protein pancakes," the dietitian added. "The pancakes were made with oat flour, walnut flour, protein powder, maple syrup or monk fruit, and water, then topped with fresh berries and homemade hazelnut butter." She adored them so much that we even recorded a video before she left for her European tour to ensure that the entire team understood exactly how to make them right." Kiara's daily meals consisted of lean protein and fresh, bright ingredients. Her lunches and dinners alternated between grilled chicken, chicken curries, asparagus, baby potatoes, avocado, edamame, pesto, and hummus with vegetable crudites. "We kept her meals light but high in protein and tailored them closely to her training and shoot schedule," her dietitian added. Snacks were not off the table. One of Kiara's go-to choices? "Good old sattu chaas: roasted Bengal gram flour seasoned mildly with jeera powder and coriander leaves. It's a delicious, natural Indian protein-rich drink that aids in hydration and healing, particularly after long workouts or outdoor shots. Kiara's diet during the bikini scenes in War 2 When it came to filming the now-viral bikini scene, the preparation did not revolve around extreme measures. "We didn't do anything drastic or unhealthy — no extreme cutting or water depletion," her dietitian confessed. "Instead, we planned it backwards—adjusting sodium, water, and fibre intake gradually while keeping energy levels high." While Kiara was filming in Tuscany and Rome, her team worked with local chefs to ensure her meals were on target. "We shared allergen information, sourced local ingredients, and designed menus that aligned with her macros and the demands of the shoot." However, diet was only part of the transformation. Sleep and healing were equally as important. "We were intentional about setting a circadian rhythm, ensuring she got adequate rest," the doctor explained. "Everything—her eating times, training windows, and caffeine intake—was planned around this rhythm. With her hard shot schedule and training, her body required recovery, and developing a solid sleep-wake regimen helped us optimize everything else. She was in bed by 8 p.m. "Her dedication and discipline were admirable." So far, it appears that all of the hard work has been worthwhile. And, with her fiery performance as Kavya Luthra already igniting the internet, Kiara's War 2 premiere could be her most thrilling move yet.

Kapil's unhealthy lifestyle He also revealed how Kapil's busy schedule led to an unhealthy lifestyle, "Since Kapil was the main guy, the responsibility on him was even greater. He was sleep-deprived, his diet had no set pattern, and he would eat at odd times. There was no discipline. It took me a long time, along with his manager and team, to bring some alignment into his lifestyle. But by God’s grace, when his film came out, everyone saw the difference on screen." Yogesh made several alterations to Kapil's diet. He increased his intake of salmon since it is "a great source of protein that helps manage calories". He also made sure Kapil ate enough vegetables. Kapil surprised everyone in April of this year when he was spotted at the airport, sporting a noticeably leaner physique that hinted at a significant weight loss transformation. Kapil's weight has been known to vary, with previous bouts of major weight loss followed by weight gain. Even when I’m on set, I take my chef along to cook simple meals like dal, sabzi and chawal — the kind my mom made. I also don’t get all the fuss around rice. My grandparents lived till the ripe old age of 92 and 93, and they ate rice three times a day. I just listen to my body, stick to comfort food, and avoid fried items and alcohol as much as possible.
