Festive flavours
For Holi, TAT in Vikhroli East is bringing the colours, flavours, and joyful spirit to Mumbai with a specially curated festive menu called Rang Barse.

Sip on beverages such as Kesar Badam Lassi and Classic Banarasi Thandai, before you savour desserts such as the ‘Gujiya with Thandai Shot’, ‘Kesari Rasmalai’, and ‘Malpua and Rabdi’.

Festive fervours
This Holi, Kadak in ICONIQA’s is hosting 'Rang Rasoi: Holi Live Bazaar', a specially curated festive lunch for all those who are celebrating the festival of colours. Diners begin with cooling beverages, move through a burst of chaat-led flavours and tawa-fired favourites, indulge in charred, smoky mains, and finally arrive at comforting desserts.

The experience opens with a Welcome & Cooling Bar, featuring a live Thandai Kulhad station with flavours like rose, kesar-pista, and pepper-cardamom, alongside refreshing kanji and masala shikanji on tap. The Chaat Theatre has Pani Puri “Rang Flight,” Ragda Pattice Tawa Smash, Banarasi Tamatar Chaat, and Dahi Papdi.

The Fry & Crunch Corner brings freshly fried kachoris paired with hing-jeera aloo sabzi and a vibrant pakora chaat bar. The Tawa Fire station serves up classics like pav bhaji, keema pav (including a vegetarian soya option), and live Amritsari kulchas hot off the tandoor.

The Char & Smoke section features expertly grilled paneer tikka, veg seekh, chicken and fish tikka, along with a live galouti kebab counter finished with ghee and served with roomali bites. The indulgence continues with the Mini Dawat—a comforting spread of dum khichdi, dal makhani with live tadka, and matka biryani prepared and served in traditional style.

The Sweet Finale Theatre will serve freshly sealed and fried gujiyas to malpua-rabri prepared on the tawa, and kulfi-falooda assembled live. A premium twist comes in the form of a Thandai Tres Leches.

Holi by the lake
Set against the serene backdrop of a Mumbai's famed lake, Mumbaikars can celebrate Holi at Lake View Cafe in The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake property.

Diners can indulge in traditional favourites such as jalebi with rabdi, classic gujiya, and chocolate drizzle gujiya, along with refreshing thandai infused with saffron and almonds.

The buffet also features comforting Indian classics including kesar malai kofta, butter chicken, and chole kulche, complemented by a vibrant live chaat counter that brings the true essence of Indian street flavours to the table
