Olympic sprinter Usain Bolt is ready to start a family after he bids adieu to athletics. Bolt will retire after the London World Championships in August next year.
“I’m actually looking forward to getting my own kid now,” 30-year-old Bolt was quoted by Daily Mail from the clip in his forthcoming documentary I Am Bolt. The footage shows Bolt as a godfather of his best friend Nugent John Walker’s (NJ) son. Bolt has been dating 26-year-old Kasi Bennett since 2014.
“To actually be his godfather, it’s a big honour. It’s just wonderful. I’m actually looking forward to getting my own kid now because just seeing NJ with his kid and knowing my friend and seeing the excitement that he has I’m like “oh it must be great.”
